Submitted a complaint because of reckless financing. Gotten a reply that I became due a reimbursement through the business.
August signed all the paper work and was then advised the money would be in my account by 5PM on the 27th. Phoned my container to ensure the re payment had been prepared consultant said he’d contact complaints group and phone right back. Nearly 2 hours later on nevertheless no call. We phoned right back myself and talked to somebody else I was told there is problem processing the re payment into my bank. (more…)
